It’s Week 6 already (Yikes, I know!), and I’ve got a few notices for you, socials to announce and sports fixtures to let you know about!
LUSU’S BIG NIGHT OUT HAS RETURNED!

We’ll be posting on the Furness College Facebook page very shortly, but basically: Big Night Out, Harry Potter themed, and we’ll be selling scarves – that’s right, scarves, not t-shirts! – in Trev from Monday onwards!

It’s winter… And that means WINTER BALL!
We’ve got our fabulous Winter Ball in the works, and as usual it’ll be a night of fine dining, good company and fabulous dressing up! Again, keep your eye out for details!
And now for the sports:
We had wins from women’s darts, men’s pool and women’s pool all against Bowland this week, as well as Netball As beating Grizedale 24-21!
Unfortunately, men’s B-team for pool and women’s B-team for netball lost to Bowland, and table tennis lost to County.

Women’s Pool vs Fylde (away on Monday)
Table Tennis vs Grizedale (away in two weeks’ time)
Men’s As for Pool vs Fylde (away this week)
Women’s Netball vs Fylde/Cartmel (this week)
Women’s Darts vs Fylde (Tuesday)
